Mason McClure
Mason has been part of the collision repair industry for over 30 years. Born and raised in Southern California, his very first job was washing and detailing cars—a passion that quickly grew into a lifelong career.
In 1993, Mason and his wife moved their family to Charlotte, NC, where he continued to build his expertise in the industry. Over the years, he worked his way up to become the manager of one of the largest collision shops in Charlotte. With that experience under his belt, Mason eventually decided to open his own shop, with the goal of repairing vehicles the way he believed they should be repaired—with integrity, quality, and care for every customer.
Meet the Charlotte Team
Ryan Maye
I’ve spent over eight years in the collision world, working my way from clean up, to technician, to painter, to estimator, to running McClure Collision Center. I’m focused on doing things the right way; safe, proper repairs backed by solid documentation, because every vehicle that leaves here represents our reputation. I put my heart into this shop every single day and push for it to grow, thrive, and be a place customers can trust.
When I’m not at the shop, you’ll find me racing motorcycles with my wife, working with our horses, or chasing our three Dalmatians around the farm. Whether it’s business, racing, or riding, I give it 110%, because anything worth doing is worth doing right.
Jorge Paniagua
We’re proud to have Jorge Paniagua as part of our estimating team here at McClure’s! With over a decade of experience in the automotive industry, Jorge brings a wealth of knowledge and a strong commitment to excellent customer service.
He plays a key role in helping clients feel supported and understood, and his ability to assist our Spanish-speaking customers is an incredible asset to our team. Jorge’s professionalism, expertise, and approachable personality have made a lasting impression on both coworkers and clients alike.
We are truly fortunate to have Jorge on our team, and we appreciate the positive impact he continues to make every day here at McClure’s.
Thomas Kazanji
Thomas has been in the collision industry for over 45 years and is a vital part of our team at McClure’s. As our shop foreman and parts manager, he keeps us organized with the thousands of parts it takes to repair the many vehicles we service each year, while also guiding the workflow in the shop.
Happily married for over 25 years, Thomas enjoys collecting and working on his muscle cars as well as his wife’s Porsche. His experience, leadership, and passion for cars make him an invaluable member of our team.
Kevin Kimbrell
Kevin is a trusted Service Advisor at McClure Collision Center - Charlotte, where he guides customers through every step of the vehicle repair process. He works closely with insurance companies to ensure accurate and timely estimates on damaged vehicles. With nine years of experience in the collision industry, Kevin is known for his attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and dedication to keeping repairs running smoothly from start to finish.
Although Kevin holds a degree in Culinary Arts, his strong commitment to customer service—along with family ties in the collision industry—inspired him to make the switch to automotive repairs. He quickly built a reputation for exceptional service and technical expertise. Kevin thrives in fast-paced environments and takes pride in helping customers feel informed and confident throughout their repair journey.
Outside of work, Kevin enjoys coaching youth baseball, playing golf with friends, and spending quality time with his wife and three kids. He values staying active and cherishing moments with the people he loves most
Staci Feix
Staci Feix is a valued member of the McClure’s team and brings a fresh perspective to the collision industry. While she is new to the field, she comes with a strong background in both the medical and dental professions, giving her excellent organizational and people skills.
At McClure’s, Staci plays a vital role in keeping the office running like a well-oiled machine. From handling daily tasks to making sure everything stays on track, she helps keep the team organized and ensures that the customer experience is smooth and efficient.
Outside of work, Staci loves spending time with her wonderful fiancée and son. Their family is rounded out by four energetic fur babies who keep life fun and full of love. Always smiling and full of positive energy (and usually an energy drink or two!), Staci brings warmth and enthusiasm to both her work family and home life.
Andrew Sciranko
Andrew is a passionate automotive expert who joined our team in 2021 and quickly proved to be exceptional with our customers. Growing up in the automotive industry alongside his father, Andrew developed a deep knowledge of cars and a strong commitment to customer care that sets him apart.
In recognition of his dedication and leadership, Andrew has been promoted to General Manager and was handpicked to lead our new Indian Land location. His commitment to customers is truly unrivaled, and we are fortunate to have him guiding this new chapter for our company.
Outside of work, Andrew enjoys Redskins football, exploring the outdoors, and most of all, being a proud girl dad. We are thrilled to have his passion and leadership shaping the future of our Indian Land team

Carlos Forero
Carlos, has been a valued member of our team since 2006, making him the longest-tenured technician at McClure’s. Originally from Colombia, Carlos moved to the United States in 1999 and quickly established himself as one of the hardest-working and most reliable professionals in the collision repair industry.
Known for his incredible work ethic and commitment to quality, Carlos is dedicated to repairing vehicles so they look like new. His skill and attention to detail ensure every repair meets the highest standards.
Outside of work, Carlos enjoys spending time with his wife, Melida. Together, they share a love of biking and often ride together in their free time. He also enjoys working on his own cars, a passion that reflects the same dedication and skill he brings to every repair at the shop.

Oscar Galindo
Oscar, is one of our dedicated body tech apprentices and has been part of the McClure’s team since 2023. Known for his strong work ethic, positive attitude, and teamwork, Oscar is always willing to jump in and help wherever needed. His smile and upbeat personality make him a great addition to our shop family.
Outside of work, Oscar enjoys fishing, attending car shows, and spending time with his three sisters, who he jokes “keep him in line.” His passion for cars and his drive to learn make him a valuable member of our growing team, and we’re excited to see him continue to develop his skills in the collision repair industry.
Norman Toliver
Norman, is our newest painter at McClure’s. Easygoing by nature, Norman is also a true perfectionist when it comes to painting vehicles and achieving flawless paint and color matching. His dedication to detail ensures every vehicle leaves the shop looking its absolute best.
Norman and Mason (our owner) first worked together back in 2000, and both are excited to be teaming up again after all these years. Outside of the shop, Norman enjoys riding his motorcycle with his girlfriend, often heading out for weekend trips to the beach or the mountains.

Courtney Deas
Courtney was born and raised in Greenville, SC. She moved to Indian Land in August of 2025, just in time for the brand-new Indian Land location's opening. She brings several years of front desk, clerical, and customer service experience to McClure Collision. She is always happy to assist customers and her fellow Indian Land staff members with anything they may need. Courtney enjoys spending time with her husband, Solomon, reading scary books, listening to metal music, and watching her favorite anime. She also enjoys caring for her Calico named Cheddar, and her Mountain Cur puppy, Hopper.
