Owner
Mason’s passion for cars began with washing and detailing vehicles in Southern California. After moving his family to Charlotte in 1993, he continued building his career in collision repair before opening McClure’s with a commitment to integrity, quality, and personal care.
A/R, A/P, Accounting & HR
Heidi works across both our Charlotte and Indian Land locations, managing accounts receivable and accounts payable and overseeing accounting, payroll, and human resources. Her work behind the scenes helps keep both shops organized and supports the people who make McClure’s feel like family.
Indian Land General Manager
Andrew brings a lifelong passion for the automotive world and attentive customer care to leading our Indian Land team.
Estimator
With 12 years of collision repair experience, Zachary is excited and grateful to join the McClure Collision team and build relationships with customers and the community. Outside of work, he enjoys life as a proud girl dad to Blakely and fiancé to Lauren, along with their two Boykin Spaniels and two cats. In his free time, he loves spending time with family and friends, golfing, mountain biking, and riding dirt bikes.
Estimator
With around four years of experience in the automotive industry, Matthew is excited to be part of the McClure Collision team. Outside of work, he enjoys hiking and just about anything that gets him outdoors. He’s currently planning a wedding with his fiancée, Kylie. When he’s not busy with wedding plans, you can usually find him riding his motorcycle or spending time at the lake with friends.
Master Technician
Carlos has been part of the McClure family since 2006, making him our longest-standing team member. A master technician with an artist’s touch, he brings skill, creativity, and resourcefulness shaped by his roots in Colombia to every repair. At home in Indian Land with his wife, Melida, his passion continues through collecting and restoring classic cars—each one a reflection of the pride he takes in his craft.
Body Technician Apprentice
Oscar joined McClure’s in 2023 and continues developing his craft alongside our experienced collision repair team.
Painter
Norman brings a careful eye for color matching and a commitment to a quality finish to the Indian Land paint team.
