Owner
Mason’s passion for cars began with washing and detailing vehicles in Southern California. After moving his family to Charlotte in 1993, he continued building his career in collision repair before opening McClure’s with a commitment to integrity, quality, and personal care.
A/R, A/P, Accounting & HR
Heidi works across both our Charlotte and Indian Land locations, managing accounts receivable and accounts payable and overseeing accounting, payroll, and human resources. Her work behind the scenes helps keep both shops organized and supports the people who make McClure’s feel like family.
Charlotte General Manager
Ryan’s experience spans cleanup, body work, painting, estimating, and leading the Charlotte shop. He puts safe repairs and clear documentation first.

Jorge brings automotive experience and a welcoming approach to estimating. He also assists our Spanish-speaking customers.

Mindy has a gift for turning every customer into a friend. Her warm welcome and easygoing nature help people feel relaxed during a stressful time. With a love for all things Hello Kitty and a smile that lights up the office, she brings a little extra joy to every visit.
Parts Manager
Dennice has been part of the automotive industry all her life. As our Charlotte parts manager, she keeps track of every part coming in and going out, making sure the team has what it needs to keep repairs moving. With a shop as busy as ours, that’s no small task—and her organization and attention to detail help keep it all running smoothly.
